Submission
Two-stage Process
All individuals interested in simulation from the fields of application, service, and academia are invited to submit an abstract, on the basis of which they will be invited to prepare a full paper. Publications will be made available as open access with a persistent identifier (DOI). Contributions without a full paper for presentation at the conference are also welcome. The decision regarding acceptance of a submission is based on the abstract; full papers that receive a positive review will be published in the conference proceedings.

Abstracts for the conference may be submitted starting September 1, 2026. For each paper, one person must be registered for the conference and present the contribution.
Registration Fees (per person, including VAT)
The price includes admission to the presentations, the exhibition, lunch, refreshments with a snack during breaks, a get-together, and an evening event. An on-demand printed conference proceedings booklet may be purchased optionally for an additional fee of €60.00 and will be mailed after the conference.
