The exhibition accompanying the conference provides an overview of the current state of simulation tools and related software, as well as the latest research and services in the field of simulation.

Once we have discussed the availability of the booth and the details with you, we will send you a written offer for an exhibitor package.

Please note that the number of available booths is limited by space constraints, and we can only offer a limited number of partition walls. We must therefore allocate booths and partition walls on a first-come, first-served basis.

Exhibitor Package

4 participants and 1 booth space 

• Package price: €4,000

• 20% discount for ASIM corporate members

• Booking additional booth spaces: €200 per block

• Booking selected booth spaces: €100 per block

Mini Package

2 participants and 1 booth space

• Package price: €2,000

• 20% discount for ASIM corporate members or institutional members

• Alternatively, a €200 discount per individual member
   

All prices are subject to 19% VAT.
 

We will provide the booth space (approx. 2 x 3 m), including a 230 V power connection. Lighting, tables, and chairs can be provided upon request for an additional fee. Please send us a sketch of your ideas.
